A note on the guest list
We always envisioned our day to feel like an elope, not a wedding. An intimate gathering, so we could feel present without the stress of hosting.
Because of this, our guest list is short. We're not able to accommodate plus ones or children on the ceremony day. Chat with Morgan or Spencer if you have any questions.
We look forward to sharing these memories with you.
A follow up note from Spencer
Please don't come. What I mean is, you're invited because we love you and we want to include you. But if this is your 17th wedding of the year and you're exhausted and broke, we understand if you can't make it. Don't feel socially obligated.
But if you'd genuinely love to be there, we'd love to have you. :-)

Carmel-by-the-sea
One of our favorite places on earth. Mountains for Spencer and ocean cliffs for Morgan…with a fairytale downtown that feels like we've escaped this political hellscape for a european village.

Carmel doesn't have addresses, it's part of its charm. We will drop breadcrumbs, just follow the sound of the kazoo (jk we'll send coordinates).

Where to stay
Book your stay in downtown Carmel-by-the-sea among the hobbit houses. Options include:
Dinner/drinks after the ceremony will be walkable from downtown, at a home with virtually no parking.

what to wear
The ceremony will be cliffside overlooking the ocean. We suggest wearing shoes you can walk in, not your highest stilettos. We recommend a coat at dinner because it gets chilly at night.
